摘要
数字技术飞速发展,逐步嵌入到了社会生活的各个领域,医疗健康行业也在多重因素的共同推动下迈入了数字化转型的进程。医疗健康信息的收集与可视化呈现、泛媒介观下的智慧医疗以及云共享发挥数据要素乘数效应等,使得数字医疗健康传播的底层逻辑发生深刻转变。与此同时,传播主体的“人机协同”,叙事模式的双向交互,健康元宇宙的初具雏形等,实现了数字医疗健康传播的场域深融。但从目前来看,数字医疗下的健康传播,仍然存在着技术失灵、信息规制不明确、健康鸿沟等一系列问题,需要在提升治疗精准度、保障健康信息安全、展现人文关怀等方面进一步探讨,以谋求健康传播的价值升维。
With the rapid development of digital technology,it is gradually embedded in all fields of social life.The medical and health industry has also entered the process of digital transformation under the joint promotion of multiple factors.The collection and visual presentation of medical and health information,the smart medical treatment under the pan-media view,and cloud sharing broaden the boundaries of data application,etc.,have made a profound change in the underlying logic of digital medical and health communication.At the same time,the human-machine interaction of the communication subject,the two-way interaction of the narrative mode,and the beginning of the health meta-universe have realized the deep integration of the field of digital medical and health communication.However,from the current point of view,there are still a series of problems such as technical failure,unclear information regulation,and health gap in the health communication under digital medical treatment,which need to be further discussed and solved in the future,so as to maximize the value of health information.
