茉莉酸酯类对‘斯蒂芬’冬青果实着色及品质的影响

Effects of jasmonate compounds on the fruit coloration and quality of Ilex‘Nellie R.Stevens’

摘要 为探究茉莉酸酯类(JAs)对冬青属(Ilex)果实着色及品质的影响,本研究以‘斯蒂芬’冬青(Ilex‘Nellie R.Stevens’)果实为试材,在果实转色期,喷施不同浓度的茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)和二氢茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)处理果实,测定花色苷、叶绿素、可溶性糖和总皂苷等指标,结合主成分分析综合评价。结果表明:MeJA和PDJ处理均能有效促进花色苷积累,加速叶绿素降解,改善果实着色,增大果实硬度、单果重和横纵径,提升可溶性糖、蛋白质、多酚及总皂苷含量,提高果实品质。其中,100 mg·L^(-1) PDJ处理效果最佳,且PDJ总体效果优于MeJA。 To investigate the effects of jasmonates(JAs)on fruit coloration and quality in Ilex,this study utilized fruits of Ilex‘Nellie R.Stevens’as experimental material.During the fruit color transition phase,foliar applications of methyl jasmonate(MeJA)and propyl dihydrojasmonate(PDJ)at varying concentrations were performed.Key parameters,including anthocyanin,chlorophyll,soluble sugars,and total saponins,were quantified and comprehensively evaluated using principal component analysis.Results demonstrated that both MeJA and PDJ treatments effectively promoted anthocyanin accumulation and accelerated chlorophyll degradation,thereby improving fruit coloration.Additionally,these treatments increased fruit hardness,weight,and transverse and longitudinal diameters,while elevating the contents of soluble sugars,proteins,polyphenols,and saponins,collectively enhancing fruit quality.Among all treatments,100 mg·L^(-1) PDJ exhibited the most pronounced effects,with PDJ consistently outperforming MeJA.
