摘要
采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定了6种化学杀菌剂对五味子叶枯病病原菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制作用。结果表明:参试的6种杀菌剂对五味子叶枯病的菌丝抑制效果和孢子萌发的抑制效果存在差异,其中33.5%喹啉铜SC、32.5%嘧菌酯·苯醚甲环唑SC对菌丝生长和孢子萌发抑制作用最强,其抑制菌丝生长和抑制孢子萌发的EC值分别为0.13、1.57、1.94、4.17mg/L。
The effect of 6 fungicides on mycelial growth and spore germination of Alternaria tenuissima was studied by mensurating inhibition rate of the pathogen colonial growth and spore germination percentage.The results showed 6 fungicides had distinctive impact on the mycelial growth and spore germination.Oxine-copper and azoxystcrobin-difenoconazole were the most inhibitive among them to mycelial growth and effect on spore germination of Alternaria, the EC 50 were 0.13,1.57 mg/L and 1.94,4.17 mg/L.
