摘要
乡土情怀是师范生投身乡村教育事业的情感基础与内在动力,将其置于乡村振兴视域进行考察,有助于在乡土中国的现代化叙事框架中厘清师范生乡土情怀与乡村振兴的现代性关联,揭示“新乡土中国”文化自信确立的基本样式与途径,在提升师范生对乡村教师职位认同的基础上,完成塑造堪当乡村振兴重任的时代新人的任务。“新乡土中国”即现代化进程中的乡土中国,在乡土中国发生根本性转型期,师范生乡土情怀培养作为一个动态的过程,遭遇教育主体育人能力欠缺、教育客体“离农思想”固化、教育内容乡土元素关键性缺失、教育场域乡村实践匮乏的困境。破解师范生乡土情怀培养难题,需要通过激活教育主体的能动性力量、植入教育客体扎根农村的新意念、重构蕴含乡土性元素的内容范畴、借助乡村场域的现代性环境陶冶等维度系统把握和推进,在提升乡土中国现代化程度的同时,实现其“理想的意图”。
Rural sentiment is the emotional foundation and internal driving force for normal university students to devote themselves to rural education.Placing it in the perspective of rural revitalization will help to clarify the relationship between the rural sentiment of normal students and the modernity of rural revitalization in the framework of the modernization narrative of rural China.It will also reveal the basic style and way of establishing the cultural self-confidence of"New Rural China"and complete the task of shaping new people shouldering the important task of rural revitalization on the basis of enhancing the recognition of rural teacher positions among them.The"New Rural China"refers to the rural China in the process of modernization.During the fundamental transformation period of rural China,the cultivation of rural sentiment among normal students,as a dynamic process,encounters difficulties such as the lack of ability of educational subjects and sports personnel,the solidification of the"non agricultural thinking"of educational objects,the lack of key elements of rural education content,and the lack of rural practice in educational fields.To solve the problem of cultivating rural sentiment among normal university students,it is necessary to activate the active power of educational subjects,implant new ideas of rooting educational objects in rural areas,reconstruct content categories containing local elements,and use the modern environment of rural fields to cultivate and promote the system.While enhancing the modernization level of rural China,it is also necessary to achieve its"ideal intention".
