摘要
目的分析五羟色胺(5-HT)水平与女童特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)的相关性。方法选取本院60例ICPP女童为ICPP组,均进行常规促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)治疗,疗程为6个月,并取同期单纯乳房早发育(PT)与正常女童各60例分别纳入PT组与正常对照组,检测治疗前后ICPP组、PT组与正常对照组的血清5-HT、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、子宫与卵巢容积等数据,分析ICPP女童5-HT与E2相关性。结果ICPP组治疗前后身高、体重、子宫容积、卵巢容积、骨龄与PT组及对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);LH、E2水平:ICPP组治疗前>PT组>ICPP组治疗后>正常对照组(P<0.05);FSH水平:ICPP组治疗前<正常对照组<PT组(P<0.05);5-HT水平:ICPP组>PT组>正常对照组(P<0.05);ICPP组治疗后5-HT水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,5-HT与E2水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论5-HT与ICPP启动及发展存在密切联系,其水平检测可用于ICPP早期诊断及疗效评估。
Objective To analyze the correlation between 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) level and idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP) in girls. Methods Sixty girls with ICPP in the hospital were enrolled in this study, and all were treated with conventional gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue(GnRHa) for 6 months. Meanwhile, 60 girls with simple premature thelarche(PT) and 60 normal girls(normal control group) were enrolled in this study. Serum 5-HT, luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), estradiol(E2), uterine and ovarian volume of ICPP group, PT group, and normal control group were detected. The correlation between 5-HT and E2 in girls with ICPP was analyzed. Results Height,weight, uterine volume, ovarian volume and bone age of the ICPP group before and after treatment were significantly different from those of the PT group and the normal control group(P<0.05). The levels of LH and E2 decreased in order from the ICPP group before treatment, PT group, the ICPP group after treatment to the normal control group(P<0.05). The FSH level increased in order from the ICPP group before treatment, the normal control group to the PT group(P<0.05). The 5-HT level decreased in order from the ICPP group, the PT group to the normal control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the 5-HT level in the ICPP group was significantly reduced(P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that 5-HT level was significantly positive correlated with E2 level(P<0.05). Conclusion 5-HT is closely related to the occurrence and development of ICPP, which indicates that it can be used for early diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of ICPP.
