摘要
选取某牛养殖场内自然发生腹泻且经确诊的60头牛,年龄范围2~8岁,体重400~800 kg,通过随机数字表法将其等分为治疗组与对照组,各30头。治疗组采用复方氯化钾注射液,按0.5 mL/kg体重经静脉缓慢滴注给药,1次/d,持续5 d为1个疗程;对照组运用常规治疗,首日给予恩诺沙星注射液,按5 mg/kg体重肌肉注射,1次/d,口服补液盐自由饮用,蒙脱石散按每头每次50~100 g混入少量饲料投喂,2次/d,连用5 d,饲养管理条件与治疗组一致。观察记录牛粪便性状、次数、体温、精神与食欲状态;检测血清钾离子、钠离子、氯离子浓度及血常规指标。结果:临床症状改善上,治疗组腹泻停止时间、体温恢复正常平均耗时、食欲基本恢复正常时间显著低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方氯化钾注射液治疗牛腹泻成效显著,可迅速改善临床症状、调节电解质平衡,帮助机体免疫与炎症状态恢复,相较于传统疗法更具高效性与可靠性,在牛腹泻治疗领域极具临床应用前景。
Sixty cattle that naturally had diarrhea and were diagnosed in a certain cattle farm were selected.Their ages ranged from 2 to 8 years old and their weights were 400 to 800 kg.They were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group by the random number table method,with 30 cattle in each group.The treatment group adopted compound potassium chloride injection,which was administered by slow intravenous drip at a rate of 0.5 mL per kilogram of body weight once a day for 5 days as one course of treatment.The control group received conventional treatment.On the first day,enrofloxacin injection was given at a dose of 5 mg per kilogram of body weight by intramuscular injection once a day.Oral rehydration salts were freely consumed.Montmorillonite powder was mixed with a small amount of feed at a dose of 50-100 g per head each time and fed twice a day for 5 consecutive days.The feeding and management conditions were the same as those of the treatment group.Observe and record the characteristics,frequency,body temperature,mental state and appetite of cow dung.Detect the concentrations of serum potassium ions,sodium ions,chloride ions and blood routine indicators.Result:In terms of the improvement of clinical symptoms,the time for diarrhea to stop,the average time for body temperature to return to normal,and the time for appetite to basically return to normal in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound potassium chloride injection has a remarkable effect in the treatment of bovine diarrhea.It can rapidly improve clinical symptoms,regulate electrolyte balance,and help restore the immune and inflammatory states of the body.Compared with traditional therapies,it is more efficient and reliable and has great clinical application prospects in the field of bovine diarrhea treatment.
