摘要
在“新工科”背景下,生物工程专业核心课程“发酵工程”亟需改革,以培养契合时代需求的复合型工程人才。探讨其改革路径,重点关注跨学科融合、创新教学模式及实践能力培养。通过引入前沿科研成果、强化实验教学、深化产学研协同,改革旨在提升学生综合素养与实践能力,培养其创新思维与国际视野。研究表明,该改革优化了课程体系,增强了生物工程人才竞争力,并推动了行业创新与可持续发展。
Under the background of"New Engineering,"the core course"Fermentation Engineering"in the bioengineering major urgently requires reform to cultivate interdisciplinary engineering talents that meet contemporary demands.This study explores reform pathways,focusing on interdisciplinary integration,innovative teaching models,and practical skill development.By incorporating cutting-edgeresearch,strengthening experimental teaching,and deepening industry-academia collaboration,the reform aims to enhance students comprehensive competencies,practical skills,innovative thinking,and global perspective.Findings indicate that the reform optimizes the curriculum,strengthens the competitiveness of bioengineering professionals,and promotes industry innovation and sustainable development.
