摘要
《傅青主女科》是明末清代著名医家学术思想的汇集,是临床实用价值颇高的中医妇科典籍之一。从书中能看出傅氏治疗不孕症从肝出发,注重肝与脾肾、心肾、经络之间的联系。肾藏先天之精,主生殖,为先天之本,女子又以肝为先天,傅氏在治疗不孕症时重视肝肾同治,治法宜滋肾填精、养血柔肝。另外,情志失调致肝脾失调,气血生化乏源导致不孕症时,傅氏以肝脾同调为重,治法上宜扶土抑木、疏肝健脾,选方用药也遵循辨证思想。傅氏在书中还提及心肾之间,肝为枢纽,调畅心肾气机,使心肾相交,上下交通,气血相济,胞宫温暖,易于摄精受孕。最后傅山认为肝统领奇经八脉,肝可通过调节经络从而达到调理生殖之力。该文将从以上几个方面探析傅氏治疗不孕症的学术思想。
As a collection of academic thoughts of famous doctors in the late Ming and Qing dynasties,FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology is one of the classic books of TCM gynecology with high clinical and practical value.It can be seen from the book that FU’s treatment of infertility can start from the liver and pay attention to the connection between the liver and the spleen and kidney,heart and kidney,as well as the channels and collaterals.The kidney contains the essence of congenital,the main reproduction,is the origin of congenital,the woman also takes the liver as the congenital,FU payed attention to the liver and kidney treatment in the treatment of infertility,the treatment method should nourish the kidney to fill the essence,nourish blood and soft liver.In addition,when dysregulation of the liver and spleen caused by emotional disorder affects infertility caused by lack of Qi and blood,FU attached great importance to the coordination of the liver and spleen.In terms of treatment,it is appropriate to support the soil and suppress the trees,nourish the liver and strengthen the spleen,and follow the dialectical thought in the selection of prescription drugs.FU also mentioned in the book that the heart and kidney,liver as the hub,regulating the heart kidney Qi machine,so that the heart and kidney intersect,traffic up and down,Qi and blood aid each other,the uterus is warm,easy to conceive sperm.Finally,FU Shan believes that the liver dominates the eight arteries and veins,and the liver can regulate the channels and collaterals to achieve the function of regulating reproduction.This paper will explore FU’s academic thoughts on infertility treatment from the above aspects.
