摘要
主要对生产过程中物料准备阶段引入的螺栓智能仓储与分拣系统进行了介绍,借助机器视觉、机器人、AGV、智能仓储等技术,通过模块化设计,实现物料自动化分拣及物料智能仓储,最终实现物料配备作业全过程的智能管控。对系统工作原理进行分析,详细介绍了系统组成,进行了样机搭建与功能试验测试,均取得了良好的结果,设计方案的可行性得到了充分的验证。本项目工程化应用后使车间物料配备作业更加智能化,提高分拣、配料工作的效率及准确率,降低劳动强度及人力成本。
It mainly introduces the bolt intelligent storage and sorting system introduced in the material preparation stage in the production process.With the help of machine vision,robot,AGV,intelligent storage and other technologies,through modular de-sign,the automatic sorting and intelligent storage of materials are realized,and the intelligent control of the whole process of ma-terial allocation is finally realized.The working principle of the system is analyzed,the system composition is designed in detail,the prototype construction and functional test are carried out,and good results are achieved.The feasibility of the design scheme is fully verified.After the engineering application of this project,the workshop material allocation operation will be more intelligent,the efficiency and accuracy of sorting and batching will be improved,and the labor intensity and labor cost will be reduced.
