摘要
“非虚构”与“虚构”的文体分类界限越来越模糊,已然不能仅局限于传统文类中的报告文学或纪实文学所指的概念与内容。借助对“非虚构”与“虚构”之间“越界写作”的讨论,结合海外华文作家的文学创作,能够更好地发现和理解真实性、想象性和形象性之间的关联与合理转化。严歌苓的文学创作正有效地体现与实践着这一“越界写作”的特点,以此可以考察其建立在最大化真实基础上的个人经验写作与非亲历性历史写作的文学目标,发现海外华文写作对艺术真实的实践。
The boundaries demarcating nonfiction and fiction as distinct genres is becoming increasingly blurred and can no longer be confined to the traditional definitions associated with reportage or documentary literature.By exploring the phenomenon of cross-boundary writing between nonfiction and fiction,particularly within the context of overseas Chinese writers,we can better understand the interplay and legitimate transformation among authenticity,imagination,and representation.Yan Geling′s literary creations exemplify and actively engage in such cross-boundary writing.Her works provide insight into a literary practice that balances personal experiential writing grounded in maximal authenticity with imaginative depictions of historical events beyond personal experience.This case helps to illuminate the artistic pursuit of truth in overseas Chinese literature.
