摘要
越橘属(Vaccinium)全球有400余种,广泛栽培和应用的资源仅为高丛越橘(V.corymbosum L.)和兔眼越橘(V.ashei Marsh)。其资源的收集是对种质资源进行开发利用的基础,丰富种质资源的遗传多样性是越橘产业持续发展的核心。针对越橘属在我国快速发展的态势,本文基于前人研究成果对我国不同产区越橘主栽品种类型及其分布情况、种质资源创新情况加以概述,对越橘属种质植物学性状鉴定、抗逆性鉴定、重要性状基因功能鉴定三方面成果和基于形态学性状的遗传多样性研究、基于分子标记的遗传多样性研究各项成果进行综述,并就未来加强野生资源收集保存和驯化、加强越橘成花及果实发育机理研究、加强组学技术在越橘性状形成基因调控这3个方面的研究方向进行了展望,旨在为越橘属种质资源利用及中国越橘资源创新和产业发展提供科学依据。
There are more than 400 species of Vaccinium in the world,and only V.corymbosum L.and V.ashei Marsh are widely cultivated and utilized.The collection of its resources is the basis for the development and utilization of germplasm resources,and the enrichment of genetic diversity of germplasm resources is the core of the sustainable development of the industry.In response to the rapid development of Vaccinium resources in China,and based on the research results of previous researchers,the types and distribution and the innovation of germplasm resources of main Vaccinium varieties in different production areas of China were summarized,the achievements in three aspects of botanical traits identification,resistance assessment and gene function identification for important traits,and the studies of genetic diversity based on morphology,molecular markers and other research results were overviewed,and three research directions of strengthening the collection,conservation and domestication of wild resources,the research on mechanism of Vaccinium flower and fruit development,and the research on gene regulation of Vaccinium trait formation by genomics technology in the future were prospected,so as to provide scientific basis for the utilization of germplasm resources of Vaccinium,and the Vaccinium resource innovation and industrial development in China.
