摘要
目的分析护士核心能力系统化管理对儿科护士自我效能感、核心能力影响。方法选取寿光市人民医院65名护士作为研究对象,2022年5月—2023年5月实施传统管理模式设为传统组,2023年6月—2024年5月实施护士核心能力系统化管理模式设为系统化组,比较两组护理质量评分、一般自我效能感量表(General Self Efficacy Scale,GSES)评分、核心能力及管理满意度。结果系统化组护理质量评分均较传统组更高,GSES评分较传统组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。系统化组核心能力较传统组更优,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。系统化组管理满意度为96.92%(63/65),高于传统组的84.62%(55/65),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.876,P<0.05)。结论护士核心能力系统化管理可有效提高儿科护士自我效能感、核心能力、护理质量,护士对管理模式满意度较高。
Objective To analyze the influence of systematic management of nurses'core competencies on the self-efficacy and core competencies of pediatric nurses.Methods Sixty-five nurses from Shouguang People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects.From May 2022 to May 2023,the traditional management mode was implemented and they were set as the traditional group.From June 2023 to May 2024,the systematic management mode of nurses'core competencies was implemented and they were set as the systematic group.The nursing quality scores,General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)scores,core competencies and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing quality scores of the systematic group were all higher than those of the traditional group,and the GSES scores were also higher than those of the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The core ability of the systematic group were better than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of systematic group management was 96.92%(63/65),which was higher than 84.62%(55/65)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.876,P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic management of nurses'core competencies can effectively improve the self-efficacy,core competencies and nursing quality of pediatric nurses,and nurses have a relatively high satisfaction with the management model.
