摘要目的:探讨CDIO教学法对手术室实习护生核心能力与自我效能的影响。方法:选择2018年7月-2019年4月于我院手术室实习的50名护生作为研究对象,分为实验组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。对照组护生采用传统教学法,实验组护生采用CDIO教学法。比较两组护生理论知识和操作成绩、核心能力和自我效能感评分。结果:实验组护生理论和操作成绩以及核心能力评分和自我效能感评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CDIO教学法能够提高手术室实习护生考核成绩、核心能力和自我效能感。
