中国苹果品种结构优化的思考与实践Ⅰ:中国苹果品种目前的同质化及未来的多样化 被引量:5

Thoughts and practices on the optimization of apple variety structure in ChinaⅠ:the homogenization of Chinese apple varieties at present and their diversification in the future

摘要 苹果是我国落叶果树的第一大树种。介绍了中华人民共和国成立初期的中国苹果产业以国外引进品种为主的情况,解读了自主育成品种在中国苹果产业独占鳌头的七大成因,进一步解析了七大成因的核心就是品种问题的解决及优良特性的充分发挥,满足了苹果产业高质量发展和市场消费的需求。针对中国苹果产业品种结构和主栽品种在新发展阶段面临的新问题,提出了未来中国苹果产业需要培育富营养、强风味、轻简化、宜机化的苹果新品种。 Apple is the largest tree species among deciduous fruit trees in China.This paper introduces the situation that in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s apple industry mainly relied on varieties introduced from abroad.It interprets the seven major causes that have enabled the independently bred varieties to take the leading position in China’s apple industry.Moreover,it further analyzes that the core of these seven causes lies in the solution of variety-related problems and the full utilization of excellent characteristics,which meets the needs of the high-quality development of the apple industry and market consumption.In view of the new problems faced by the variety structure and main cultivated varieties of China’s apple industry in the new development stage,it is proposed that in the future,China’s apple industry needs to cultivate new apple varieties with diversified,differentiated and personalized characteristics,such as rich nutrition,strong flavor,light simplification and suitability for mechanized operation.
