摘要
党的二十大报告指出,要加强和改进侨务工作,形成共同致力民族复兴的强大力量。随着新、老两代华侨华人的代际传承,华裔新生代乡音渐改、乡情渐淡、乡愁渐散的现象也日趋显现,主要表现:一是知识层次普遍较高,但对中华文化的认同度在降低;二是职业发展越来越多元,但回国发展的意愿有起伏;三是社会交往日益频繁,但参与社团的积极性不强烈。因此,加强华裔新生代培根铸魂工作迫在眉睫。新时代海外统战和侨务工作要坚持把华裔新生代培根铸魂工作作为一项重要内容来抓,大力实施华裔新生代培根铸魂逐梦工程,加强身份认同,夯实华裔新生代之“根”;加强文化认同,凝聚华裔新生代之“魂”;加强思想认同,构筑华裔新生代之“梦”,努力团结凝聚更多华裔新生代使之成为实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要力量和构筑新时代爱国统一战线的有生力量。
The Party’s 20th National Congress Report states that we should strengthen and improve overseas Chinese affairs to form a joint force for national rejuvenation.As the generational shift occurs among overseas Chinese,the younger generation of the Chinese diaspora is increasingly experiencing changes in accent,a weakening bond to their homeland,and a fading sense of nostalgia.This manifests in three key ways.Firstly,despite their generally high educational attainment,their identification of traditional Chinese culture is on the decline.Secondly,while their career paths are becoming more diverse,their interest in developing in China remains inconsistent.Thirdly,although their social interactions are becoming more frequent,they are less enthusiastic about participating in community activities.Thus,it is imperative to strengthen efforts in nurturing the root and soul of the new generation of Chinese diaspora.In the new era,overseas united front work and overseas Chinese affairs should prioritize the“Roots,Soul,and Dream”project for the new generation of Chinese diaspora.By strengthening identity to build their“roots”,enhancing cultural identity to shape their“soul”,and fostering ideological identification to construct their“dream”,these efforts aim to unite and rally more of the new generation.This will make them an important force for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and a vital part of the patriotic united front in the new era.
