摘要
恶性肿瘤严重威胁着全球人类的生命健康,西医学对昼夜节律的最新研究显示,恶性肿瘤或许与昼夜节律基因变异有较大关系。昼为阳,夜为阴,地球自转引起的昼夜交替衍生一日内阳气的波动变化,而《黄帝内经》便已记载阳气在一日内的节律变化对自然界及人体的影响。基于此,本文将围绕昼夜节律与阳气的相关性,探讨恶性肿瘤微环境的成因及微观辨析,以期为恶性肿瘤的临床防治提供新思路。
Malignant tumors pose a severe threat to global human health.Recent advances in the study of circadian rhythms in modern medicine suggest that malignant tumors may be significantly related to mutations in circadian rhythm genes.Day represents Yang,while night represents Yin,and the alternation of day and night caused by the Earth's rotation leads to fluctuations in Yang Qi throughout the day.The Huangdi’s Internal Classic records the impact of the rhythmic variation of Yang Qi during a day on both the natural world and the human body.Based on this,this article explores the correlation between circadian rhythms and Yang Qi,and discusses the origin and micro-differentiation of the malignant tumor microenvironment,aiming to provide new insights for the clinical prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.
