叙事教育对肿瘤内科实习护生思想政治教育的影响

摘要 目的探讨叙事教育教学模式在肿瘤护生思想政治教育中的作用。方法选取2021年5—12月某三级甲等医院肿瘤内科的护生126名作为研究对象,按照组间基本资料具有可比性原则分为观察组和对照组,各63名。对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组在传统教学方法的基础上采用叙事教育法。于入科实习前后采用人文关怀能力量表、护士道德勇气量表、评判性思维测评量表、职业认同量表分别评估两组护生的得分,实习后给予理论与操作考核。结果入科实习前,两组护生的理论知识和操作技能考核成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入科实习后,观察组护生理论知识和操作技能考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入科实习前,两组护生人文关怀能力各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入科实习后,观察组护生人文关怀能力各维度的评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入科实习前,两组护生护士道德勇气各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入科实习后,观察组护生护士道德勇气各维度的评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入科实习前,两组护生批判性思维各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入科实习后,观察组护生批判性思维各维度的评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入科实习前,两组护生职业认同感各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入科实习后,观察组护生职业认同感各维度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理实习护生中开展叙事教育可提高其理论知识和操作技能成绩,人文关怀能力和批判性思维能力等,有利于增强其道德勇气和职业认同感。 Objective To explore the role of narrative education teaching model in the ideological and political education of oncology nursing students.Methods A total of 126 nursing students from the Oncology Department of a tertiary Grade A hospital from May to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of comparability of basic data between the groups,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group adopted narrative education method in addition to the traditional teaching methods.Before and after the clinical internship,the scores of nursing students in both groups were assessed using the Caring Ability Inventory,Nurses'Moral Courage Scale,Critical Thinking Assessment Scale,and Professional Identity Scale.After the internship,theoretical and practical assessments were conducted.Results Before starting the clinical internship,there was no statistically significant difference in the theoretical knowledge and operational skills scores between the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05).After entering the clinical internship,the theoretical knowledge and operational skills scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before starting the clinical internship,there was no statistically significant difference in the all dimensions scores of humanistic caring ability between the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05).After entering the clinical internship,the all dimensions scores of humanistic caring ability in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before starting the clinical internship,there was no statistically significant difference in the all dimensions scores of nurses'moral courage between the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05).After entering the clinical internship,nursing students in the observation group scored higher than those in the control group in all dimensions of nurses'moral courage,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before starting the clinical internship,there was no statistically significant difference in the all dimensions scores of critical thinking between the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05).After entering the clinical internship,the all dimensions scores of critical thinking in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before starting the clinical internship,there was no statistically significant difference in the all dimensions scores of professional identity between the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05).After entering the clinical internship,the all dimensions scores of professional identity in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing narrative education among nursing interns can improve their theoretical knowledge and operational skills performance,humanistic caring ability,and critical thinking skills.It is also beneficial for strengthening their moral courage and professional identity.
