特大断面隧道工程微扰动爆破对初支混凝土喷层扰动效应研究 被引量:1

Study on Disturbance Effect of Micro-disturbance Blasting on Initial Concrete Shotcrete Layer in Large Section Tunnel Engineering

摘要 为研究特大断面隧道钻爆法施工中爆破振动对初支混凝土的扰动效应,以杨家山特大断面隧道为例,结合数值分析和回归分析方法,研究了三台阶法和双侧壁法两种开挖工法中微扰动爆破对不同龄期初支混凝土的扰动效应。通过数值模拟分析杨家山特大断面隧道不同开挖工法中微扰动爆破振动的传播规律,结合萨道夫斯基经验公式推导拱顶和拱脚振速衰减公式,以初支混凝土喷层的临界破坏位置振速作为安全振速阈值,获取不同龄期的初支混凝土爆破安全步距和安全振速。 In order to study the disturbance effect of blasting vibration on primary support concrete in the construction of super-large section tunnel by drilling and blasting method,taking Yangjiashan super-large section tunnel as an example,combined with numerical analysis and regression analysis method,the disturbance effect of micro-disturbance blasting on primary support concrete at different ages in two excavation methods of three-bench method and double-side wall method was studied.The propagation law of micro-disturbance blasting vibration in different excavation methods of Yangjiashan super-large cross-section tunnel is analyzed by numerical simulation.The attenuation formula of vibration velocity of vault and arch foot is deduced by Sadaovsk empirical formula.The vibration velocity of the critical failure position of the primary concrete spray layer is used as the safety vibration velocity threshold to obtain the safety distance and safety vibration velocity of the primary concrete blasting at different ages.
