爆破动载对不同龄期混凝土支护体影响的数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 为研究爆破振动荷载对混凝土喷层的影响,以邹庄煤矿南翼胶带上仓斜巷开挖工程为背景,采用动力有限元软件分析了巷道掘进爆破振动载荷作用下喷射混凝土的峰值振速及应力变化特征,结合PPV安全判据比较了不同龄期混凝土的损伤情况。研究结果表明:相同龄期下爆心距越小,其损伤越严重,混凝土喷层严重损伤区域在0~2.5 m;随着混凝土龄期的增加,水泥水化反应的完成,轻度损伤范围逐渐加大,龄期1 d混凝土喷层轻度损伤区范围为2.5~15 m、3 d为2.5~16.25 m、7 d为2.5~16.875 m。 In order to explore the influence of blasting vibration on shotcrete with different ages, taking the inclined roadway excavation engineering of Zouzhuang Mine south wing, the dynamic finite element software is used to analyze the peak vibration velocity and stress variation characteristics of shotcrete under the loading action of roadway tunneling blasting vibration. According to the PPV safety criterion, the damage of concrete with different ages is compared. The results showed that: at same age, the smaller the blast center distance is, the more serious blasting damage the shotcrete is, and the severe damage area of concrete spraying layer is 0 to 2.5 m; with the increase of the age of the concrete and the completion of cement hydration reaction, the mild damage range increases gradually, the mild damage range of concrete spray layer with the age of 1 d is 2.5 m to 15 m, 3 d is 2.5 m to 16.25 m, 7 d is 2.5 m to 16.875 m.
