铁路绿色施工评价指标体系综合管理策略研究

摘要 为研究铁路绿色施工评价指标体系综合管理策略,结合某高速铁路项目,采用相对熵集聚法和改进的CRITIC方法分别确定了铁路施工评价指标的主客观权重,并采用博弈论组合赋值方法构建了铁路绿色施工评价指标综合水平动态评价模型。研究结果表明:施工周期为2个月时,轨道工程的资源节约与利用评价指数最大,为1.02,较路基工程的评价指数增加62.34%,路基工程施工周期为16个月时路基工程绿色施工管理指数较10个月时降低98.36%。施工周期为18个月时,桥涵工程的施工质量评价指数为0.78,较路基工程的评价指数增加34.48%,施工周期为18个月时轨道工程生态环境指数较4个月时降低36.36%。施工周期为20个月时,轨道工程的技术与创新评价指数较路基工程、桥涵工程、隧道工程降低81.03%,78.43%和31.25%,施工周期为16个月时路基工程社会经济效益指数较4个月时降低31.65%。为提升铁路工程绿色施工评价的综合管理水平,应强化施工质量和资源环境的循环,降低施工过程对周边环境造成的影响。 In order to study the comprehensive management strategy of railway green construction evaluation index system,combined with a high-speed railway project,the relative entropy agglomeration method and the improved CRITIC method were used to determine the railway construction evaluation index,and the game theory combination assignment method was used to construct the comprehensive level dynamic evaluation model of railway green construction evaluation index.The results show that when the construction period is 2 months,the evaluation index of resource conservation and utilization of track engineering is 1.02,which is 62.34%higher than that of subgrade engineering.When the construction period of subgrade engineering is 16 months,the green construction management index of subgrade engineering is 98.36%lower than that of 10 months.When the construction period is 18 months,the construction quality evaluation index of bridge and culvert engineering is 0.78,which is 34.48%higher than that of subgrade engineering.When the construction period is 18 months,the ecological environment index of track engineering is 36.36%lower than that of 4 months.When the construction period is 20 months,the technology and innovation evaluation index of track engineering is 81.03%,78.43%and 31.25%lower than that of subgrade engineering,bridge and culvert engineering and tunnel engineering.When the construction period is 16 months,the social and economic benefit index of subgrade engineering is 31.65%lower than that of 4 months.In order to improve the comprehensive management level of green construction evaluation of railway engineering,the cycle of construction quality and resource environment should be strengthened to reduce the impact of construction process on the surrounding environment.
