摘要
降低铁路工程建设对生态环境的不利影响,实现资源能源的高效利用,已经成为铁路绿色发展的重要内容。在阐述铁路建设绿色发展现状的基础上,分析了目前在绿色铁路建设标准体系、节能过程监管、建设期绿色考核机制及环保意识等方面存在的不足,从考核评价、标准体系、专业化建设、环境保护设计与过程管理、资源能源利用、技术创新6个方面提出了铁路建设绿色发展策略。
Reducing the adverse impact of railway construction on the ecological environment and realizing the efficient use of resources and energy have become an important part of the green development of railway.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of green development of railway construction,this paper puts forward the shortcomings in the standard system of green railway construction,supervision of energy-saving process,green assessment mechanism during construction and environmental awareness,and puts forward the green development strategy of railway construction from six aspects:assessment and evaluation,standard system,professional construction,environmental protection design and process management,resource and energy utilization and technological innovation.
