摘要
从钢结构预拼装的基本概念入手,全面介绍了虚拟预拼装的原理、主要内容、应用方法、技术准备、验收标准、适用范围及成功案例。给出了预拼装与虚拟预拼装方法选择的初步建议,对钢结构工程施工验收新规范报批稿提出了补充完善建议,初步辨析了实体预拼装与虚拟预拼装的优劣性,指出了虚拟预拼装仍存在的不足,展望了未来的研究发展方向。
This article starts with the basic concept of pre-assembly of steel structures, and comprehensively introduces the principle, main content, application methods, technical preparation, acceptance criteria, scope of application and successful cases of virtual pre-assembly. The preliminary suggestions for the selection of pre-assembly and virtual pre-assembly methods are given. Suggestions for supplementing draft standard for approval for steel structure construction are presented. Preliminary analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of entitative pre'assembly and virtual pre-assembly is given. Pre-assembly is still lacking, and looks forward to the direction of future research and development.
