摘要
BIM技术作为一种先进的数字化工具,以其三维可视化、信息集成、协同作业等特点,在交通枢纽工程的全生命周期管理中发挥着日益重要的作用。以沁水东连接线交通枢纽工程为研究对象,对BIM数字化技术在工程中的应用进行分析。结果表明:通过优化BIM建模过程,批量添加模型构件参数,确保数据信息的一致性,提高了BIM模型建模速度和管理质量;通过BIM技术模拟施工过程,实现了施工过程的动态调整,优化了施工场地布置、施工工艺和工序,提高了施工质量和施工速度;BIM技术与无人机摄影技术相结合,能选取特定区进行工程量计算并生成表格,动态跟踪项目实施情况,对工程资源进行精准计算与调配;通过MES生产管理平台、C-Smart智慧工地平台,实现工程项目数据采集“移动化”、生产预警“智能化”、决策调度“线上化”,并对工程进行环境监测、实时监控、安全管理、质量管理等,促进了交通枢纽工程数字化建设发展。
As an advanced digital tool,BIM technology plays an increasingly important role in the whole life cycle management of transportation hub projects with its characteristics of three-dimensional visualization,information integration and collaborative operation.Taking the traffic hub project of Qinshui East Connection Line as the research object,the application of BIM digital technology in the project is analyzed.The results show that by optimizing the BIM modeling process and adding model component parameters in batches,the consistency of data information is ensured,and the modeling speed and management quality of BIM model are improved.Through BIM technology to simulate the construction process,the dynamic adjustment of the construction process is realized,the construction site layout,construction technology and process are optimized,and the construction quality and construction speed are improved.The combination of BIM technology and UAV photography technology can select specific areas for engineering quantity calculation and generate tables,dynamically track the implementation of the project,and accurately calculate and allocate engineering resources.Through the MES production management platform and C-Smart intelligent site platform,the project data acquisition mobile,production early warning intelligent,decision-making scheduling online are realized,and the project is carried out.Environmental monitoring,real-time monitoring,safety management,quality management,etc.,have promoted the development of digital construction of transportation hub projects.
