摘要
通过阐述建筑信息模型(BIM)的基本概念,指出BIM是以三维数字技术为基础,集成了工程项目各种相关信息的工程数据模型。它采用参数化来描述建筑单元,具有信息多元化、参数驱动、参与各方协同合作等技术特点。在分析BIM应用现状的基础上,从立项决策阶段、勘察设计阶段、工程实施阶段、竣工验收及运营维护阶段等方面提出了在铁路建设项目中应用BIM技术的设想,为铁路建设项目统一各阶段的数据标准,开发多阶段、多专业一体化的大型BIM平台提供参考。
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is introduced by describing its basic concepts. It is based on three-dimensional digital technology, an engineering data model which integrates projects information, with construction units described as parameters, with the technical characteristics of pluralistic information, parameter-driven and participants' cooperation. Based on the analysis of the BIM application status, BIM technology application in railway construction projects is proposed from the following aspects: project establishment and decision stage, survey and design stage, implementation stage, completion acceptance stage and operation maintenance stage. This paper has provided a basis to unify the railway construction project data standards in various stages, and to develop large BIM platform which covers various stages and specialities.
