摘要
数字技术与农业发展的结合,拓宽了农业发展的范围,使数字农业成为了推动农业现代化和乡村振兴的重要力量。然而,在数字农业发展的过程中,面临着诸如数据安全、隐私保护、市场竞争、法律监管等问题。通过对数字农业发展过程中的经济法律问题研究,分析问题形成背后的原因,提出相应的法律策略和建议。通过构建完善的数据安全保障体系,维护市场竞争秩序以及加强法律监管和制度建设,旨在为数字农业的健康发展提供坚实的法律保障。
The integration of digital technology with agricultural development has expanded the scope of agricultural activities,establishing digital agriculture as a key driver of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.However,the development of digital agriculture faces challenges such as data security,privacy protection,market competition,and legal regulation.This study examines the economic and legal issues in the development of digital agriculture,analyzes their underlying causes,and proposes corresponding legal strategies and recommendations.By constructing a comprehensive data security protection system,maintaining market competition order,and strengthening legal supervision and institutional frameworks,this study aims to provide a solid legal foundation for the sustainable development of digital agriculture.
