基于激光雷达的地铁车站限界检测方法

摘要 [目的]地铁运营中,常出现乘客脚被卡在列车车门与车站站台缝隙间或人被夹在车站屏蔽门与列车间的险情,表明车站站台与列车车门间缝隙存在安全隐患。为保障乘客安全,缩小列车车门与站台间缝隙的同时满足列车运行的限界要求,提出了一种基于激光雷达的地铁车站限界检测方法。[方法]介绍了该方法的限界测量方式。该方法利用轨道点和踏板特征点与激光扫描仪的几何位置关系,在车站不同部位的屏蔽门两侧门框及中心点取3个断面,计算轨道中心线到车站站台的距离。当遇到曲线段车站时,通过超高改正提供轨道中心线铅垂线至车站站台的水平距离。在上海轨道交通14号线歇浦路站(曲线段车站)和曹杨路站(直线段车站),利用该方法和全站仪进行了限界测量试验。[结果及结论]采用该方法和全站仪所得的测量限界值差值小于1 cm,且两者相关性极强,表明该方法适用于曲线段和直线段车站的限界测量。在限差允许的范围内,采用该方法所得的限界值,可作为管理部门进行限界测算的依据。 [Objective]During metro operations,incidents such as passengers′feet getting trapped between the train doors and the platform gap,or individuals being caught between the platform screen doors and the train,highlight potential safety hazards in the gap between the station platform and train doors.To enhance passenger safety,closing the gap between train door and platform while ensuring that the clearance requirements for train operation are met,a metro station clearance detection method based on LiDAR is proposed.[Method]The clearance measurement approach of this method is introduced.By leveraging the geometric relationship between track points,step plate feature points,and the laser scanner.Taking three cross-sections at the platform screen door frame two sides and the center point of different locations in station,the distance from the track centerline to the station platform is calculated.For curved stations,superelevation correction is applied to determine the horizontal distance from the track centerline′s vertical projection to the platform.Field clearance measurement experiments are conducted at Xiepu Road Station(curved section)and Caoyang Road Station(straight section)on Shanghai Rail Transit Line 14,using both this method and a total station for validation.[Result&Conclusion]The difference in clearance values measured using this method and the total station is less than 1 cm,with a strong correlation between the results,demonstrating that this method is suitable for clearance measurement in both curved and straight metro stations.Within the allowable clearance deviation,the values obtained using this method can serve as a basis for clearance assessment by management authorities.
