摘要
本文聚焦于聚能水压光面爆破技术在大型铁矿中的应用,深入探讨其安全研究成果与实践应用情况。详细阐述了该技术的原理、参数设计以及施工工艺,通过在大型铁矿的实际应用案例分析,对比传统爆破技术,从爆破效果、岩石破碎质量、周边环境影响等多个维度进行评估。实验表明,聚能水压光面爆破技术提高了爆破效率和安全性,为铁矿的高效安全开采提供了有力的技术支撑,同时也为类似矿山工程的爆破作业提供了有益的参考和借鉴。
This paper focuses on the application of the energy-gathering water-pressure smooth blasting technology in large iron mines,and delves deeply into the results of its safety research and practical application situations.It elaborates in detail on the principle,parameter design and construction process of this technology.Through the analysis of practical application cases in large iron mines and by comparing with traditional blasting technologies,evaluations are conducted from multiple dimensions such as blasting effect,rock fragmentation quality and the impact on the surrounding environment.Experiments show that the energy-gathering water-pressure smooth blasting technology has improved blasting efficiency and safety,providing powerful technical support for the efficient and safe mining of iron mines.Meanwhile,it also offers valuable references for the blasting operations of similar mine projects.
