摘要
概述聚能光面水压爆破技术,成功应用于川藏线拉林铁路11标高原深埋隧道的施工。通过推广应用聚能水压光面爆破新技术,项目部施工进度、成本、安全、质量等有大幅度提高,施工作业队普遍好评,反应该技术的先进性、实用性、科学性,深得施工人员的欢迎。隧道掘进采用聚能光面水压爆破有明显的"三提高一保护"作用,即提高了炸药能量利用率、施工进度及经济效益,同时保护了作业环境,更好的做到了以人为本,社会、环境效益显著。大家一致认为这项新技术在隧道掘进施工中极为实用,可为今后相似工程提供参考。
Cumulative hydraulic smooth-surface blasting technique, which has been successfully appfied in the construction of deep buried tunnel in plateau on the Lot 11 of Nyingchi-Lhasa Railway in Sichuan-Tibet Highway, is summarized in the paper. By promoting this new technology, the schedule, cost, safety, quality and so on of the project department construction have greatly improved and the construction groups have given high praise to it. It' s respond to the advanced, practical and scientific nature of this technology. Meanwhile, it is particularly welcomed by the construction personnel. In the tunnel excavation, the effect of "three raise and one protection" is obvious, which improves the energy utilization rate, construction schedule and economic benefits of the explosive. Moreover, it protects the working environment, better achieves the people- oriented, and the social and environmental benefits are remarkable. Everyone agrees that this new technology is a practical technology of tunnel excavation and it will provide reference for similar projects.
