卧式挤压锌铝合金线坯用模具的设计及应用

摘要 锌铝合金广泛应用于防腐喷涂、金属化薄膜膜电容器和滑动轴承的减摩层。锌铝合金线材常用立式挤压机制取线坯,再拉拔减径到所需线径。立式挤压机吨位和所用的挤压锭较小、产能低,挤压锭的浇铸口缺陷、空气和润滑油易挤入线坯,造成线坯内部缺陷。设计了带余料腔的挤出模,解决了上述存在的不足。采用大吨位卧式挤压机,解决了常规卧式挤压机模具无法实现近终成型尺寸的连续挤压线坯难题,提高了挤压产能和线坯拉拔减径的效率。另外,优化了挤压垫结构,减少了挤压锭浇铸口的切除量,提高了锌铝合金的挤压成材率,稳定了挤压线坯的质量。 Zinc aluminum alloy is widely used in anti-corrosion coating,metalized film capacitors,and anti friction layers of sliding bearings.Vertical extroder was usually adopted to extrude zinc-aluminum alloy wire billet,which was reduced to the desired diameter subsequently by drawing.The tonnage of the vertical extruder and the extrusion ingots are relatively small,leading to low production capacity.Defects in the casting gate of the extrusion ingots,as well as pores and lubricating oil,can easily squeeze into the wire billet,resulting in internal defects in the wire products.In order to solve the existing problems,an extrusion die with a residual cavity was designed.A larger tonnage horizontal extruder was adopted to realize continuous near-final-size extrusion,which improved the extrusion capacity and the efficiency of wire drawing process.In addition,the structure of the extrusion pad has been optimized,resulting in decreament of the cutting amount of the extrusion ingot casting and improvement of the the quality and extrusion yield of zinc aluminum alloy billet.
