摘要
教育数字化转型正在加速,在教学中广泛应用的人工智能技术正在重塑教师角色,推动教学模式的创新。该文探讨了教育数字化转型环境下教师角色的演变,剖析了人工智能(AI)在个性化发展、智能测评、响应式教学等方面的应用,提出了智慧教室、AI助教、数据驱动的教学优化等AI技术支持的教学创新模式。与此同时,该文提出了教师在AI条件下的能力提高途径,包含职业素质发展、数据统计分析能力培养和教学资源优化配置能力的塑造,最后分析了人工智能教育融合发展的趋势,阐述了技术与教育理念协同发展的重要性。
The digital transformation of education is accelerating,and the widespread application of artificial in⁃telligence(AI)in teaching is reshaping the role of teachers and driving instructional model innovation.This paper explores the evolution of teachers'roles in the context of digital transformation and examines AI applications in personalized learning,intelligent assessment,and adaptive teaching.It also summarizes AI-driven teaching inno⁃vations,such as smart classrooms,AI teaching assistants,and data-driven instructional optimization.Further⁃more,the paper proposes strategies for teachers to enhance their capabilities in AI-driven environments,focusing on technical literacy,data analysis,and instructional resource integration.Finally,it discusses the future develop⁃ment of AI in education,emphasizing the importance of aligning technology with educational principles.
