中国制造企业如何通过关键核心技术创新发展新质生产力——基于海信集团的探索性案例研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着中国经济进入高质量发展阶段,制造企业处于发展新质生产力、促进新旧动能转换的关键时期。本文基于海信集团有限公司通过视像技术创新发展新质生产力的实践,探索中国制造企业通过关键核心技术创新发展新质生产力的过程和机制。研究发现:制造企业通过关键核心技术创新发展新质生产力存在转换机制和创生机制两种核心机制;制造企业利用关键核心技术模块创新形成新的组件,通过转换机制重构已有生产规则和赋能已有要素组合,提高原有产品质量,进而发展新质生产力;制造企业基于关键核心技术架构创新构建新的技术体系,通过创生机制主导新的生产规则和培育新的组合价值,积极培育新兴产业,进而发展新质生产力。本文的研究能够为中国制造企业通过关键核心技术创新发展新质生产力、实现高质量发展提供新的理论洞见。 Amidst the accelerated evolution of the global technological revolution and industrial transformation,the traditional extensive development model of China’s manufacturing industry has become unsustainable.Coupled with the impact of geopolitical and great‐power competition on the global manufacturing landscape,there is a coexistence of the outward migration of low‐end industries and the return of high‐end ones.The dilemma of China’s manufacturing industry being“large but not strong”remains prominent.Traditional Chinese manufacturing enterprises urgently need to transition from traditional productive forces to new quality productive forces,to elevate the status of Chinese manufacturing enterprises in the global value chain and achieve high‐quality development.This paper uses Hisense as a case study to analyze how manufacturing enterprises can develop new quality productive forces through innovation in core technologies in key fields.The analysis reveals two core mechanisms:the transformation mechanism and the generative mechanism.The transformation mechanism emphasizes leveraging the modular innovation in core technologies in key fields by manufacturing enterprises to integrate new technological elements into existing element combinations.It breaks the old production standards recognized within the industry,reconstructs existing production rules,and guides the creative recombination of elements.Meanwhile,new technologies are used to create spaces for incremental value generation within the existing element combinations,thereby empowering these combinations and enhancing their value output to foster the development of new quality productive forces.The generative mechanism focuses on leveraging the architectural innovation in core technologies in key fields to integrate new technological elements into existing combinations.On this foundation,it establishes production standards for emerging industries,leads the formulation of new production rules,and guides the creative recombination of elements.At the same time,it creates entirely new outputs,fosters new combination values,and thus advances the development of new quality productive forces.This paper concludes that the development of new quality productive forces is critical for the transformation and upgrading,as well as the sustained development of manufacturing enterprises.Enterprises must prioritize independent innovation in core technologies in key fields,and promote the formation of new quality productive forces.In this process,technological innovation is diverse,and enterprises should flexibly adjust their driving mechanisms according to different types of innovation to facilitate the conversion of old and new driving forces.Furthermore,while emerging industries accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces,traditional industries remain foundational support.Manufacturing enterprises should pursue a development path centered on high‐end and intelligent growth,promoting the further development of new quality productive forces by integrating traditional industries with emerging technologies.
