掘锚机动力源驱动自移机尾的设计

摘要 现自移机尾动力源多为乳化液泵站,在煤矿井下使用时,维护成本较高,且有一定的安全风险。为使煤矿的井下生产更为安全高效,减少作业工作面动力源风险点,从设备选型、硬件设计、理论分析、方案制定、井下试验多个方面,开展利用掘锚机动力源驱动自移机尾的设计研究,根据工作面实际情况,选用合理配套设备,对各配套设备进行技术参数分析,设计出系统改造方案,并对掘锚机和自移机尾进行改造后,打运至煤矿井下实施现场试验,成功实现两种动力源合二为一,显著降低了设备维护成本,提高了生产效率,使煤矿掘进系统更加安全高效。 At present,the tail power source of self-moving machines is mostly emulsion pump stations.When used underground in coal mines,maintenance costs are high and there are certain safety risks.In order to make underground production in coal mines safer and more efficient,and reduce the risk points of power sources in the working face.Design and research on using the power source of anchor excavator were carried out to drive the tail of self-moving machines from multiple aspects such as equipment selection,hardware design,theoretical analysis,scheme formulation,and underground testing.Based on the actual situation of the working face,reasonable supporting equipment was selected,technical parameter analysis was carried out on each supporting equipment,a system transformation plan was designed,and after the anchor excavator and self-moving machine tail were modified,they were transported to the underground of coal mines for on-site experiments.The two power sources were successfully integrated into one,significantly reducing equipment maintenance costs and improving production.Efficiency makes the coal mining excavation system safer and more efficient.
