摘要
以赵庄煤矿4306运输顺槽为例,在概述其煤层顶底板情况的基础上,对掘锚机在该煤巷快速掘进中的应用进行了分析探讨。结果表明,掘锚机同时具备掘进和支护功能,能有效减少掘进及支护设备换位操作工序和时间,仅通过1台设备便能同时完成煤巷掘进与支护,掘进效率比普通掘进机高出2倍以上,可确保实现煤巷快速掘进和矿井高效生产。
Taking 4306 haulage gate of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine as an example,based on the overview of the roof and floor of the coal seam,this paper analyzed and discussed the application of the alpine bolter miner in the rapid tunneling of the coal roadway.The results showed that the alpine bolter miner had the functions of excavation and support at the same time,which could effectively reduce the operation process and time of excavation and support equipment transposition.Only one equipment could complete the coal roadway excavation and support at the same time.The excavation efficiency was more than 2 times higher than that of ordinary heading machine,which could ensure the rapid excavation of coal roadway and efficient production of the mine.
