摘要
教育家精神已成为新时代教师职业的至高追求与行业目标。基于“自我实现人假设”理论,深入探讨教育家精神对师德成长的内在理路与实现路径,对于弘扬教育家精神具有突出的理论和现实意义。分析“自我实现人假设”理论的特点与理论逻辑及教育家精神的内涵,能够揭示“自我实现人假设”理论与教育家精神的内在联系,剖析教育家精神引领师德成长的内在理路,并据此提出激发教师内在自我实现需求、提供榜样示范与激励机制、培养积极情感与品质、提供专业发展机会与平台、营造良好的工作环境与氛围等引领教师师德成长的实现路径。
The educator spirit has become a core pursuit and professional objective for teachers in the new era.Grounded in“Self-Actualizing Man”theory from management studies,this research delves into the inherent logic and practical pathways through which the spirit of educator fosters the growth of teacher ethics.By analyzing the theoretical characteristics and logical framework of the“Self-Actualizing Man”theory,as well as the connotation of the spirit of educator,this study reveals the intrinsic connection between the two concepts,thereby elucidating the internal mechanisms by which the spirit of educator guides the development of teacher ethics.Building on this foundation,the research proposes practical strategies to enhance teacher ethics,including stimulating teachers'intrinsic self-actualization needs,establishing role model demonstrations and incentive mechanisms,cultivating positive emotional dispositions and professional qualities,and providing professional development opportunities and supportive platforms.The educator spirit emphasizes the cultivation of noble moral integrity,professional pedagogical competence,and sustained learning motivation among teachers,which aligns closely with the core tenets of the“Self-Actualizing Man”theory that prioritizes individual growth and value realization.By activating teachers'intrinsic motivation while offering external guidance and institutional support,this approach can holistically elevate teacher ethics and drive the high-quality advancement of educational endeavors.
