摘要
习近平总书记关于教育家精神的重要论述是培养教育家型教师的精神支柱,造就高素质教师队伍的理论遵循,也是加快建设教育强国的内生动力。践行习近平总书记关于教育家精神的重要论述,要求既要有理想信念,也要有道德情操;既要有育人智慧,也要有躬耕态度;既要有仁爱之心,也要有弘道追求。贯彻落实习近平总书记关于教育家精神的重要论述,要坚定政治方向,加强党对教育事业的全面领导;树立志向抱负,强化教师角色认知与担当;倡导尊师重教,努力提升教师岗位幸福感;深化教育改革,推进教师治理体系现代化。
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on the spirit of educators is not only the spiritual pillar for cultivating educator-type teachers,but also the theoretical guideline for creating a high-quality teaching force and the endogenous impetus for accelerating the construction of a strong educational country.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on the spirit of educators requires both ideals and morals,both wisdom in nurturing and attitude in cultivating,both benevolence and love and the pursuit of the way to practicing his discourse.In order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on the spirit of educators,it is necessary to establish a firm political direction and strengthen the Party's overall leadership over education;to set up aspirations and ambitions as well as strengthen the role of teachers'awareness and commitment;to advocate respect for teachers and strive to enhance the happiness of teachers'positions;finally to deepen the reform of education and to push forward the modernization of the governance system of teachers.
