摘要
为了在伺服驱动器上实现工业以太网EtherCAT通信的功能,提出了一种使用AX58100及STM32F407作为硬件基础,结合状态机、中断服务等软件设计实现EtherCAT从站模块的开发设计方案。并使用TwinCAT3主站软件实现I/O口的相关通信测试。经过在准确性、实时性、丢包率与出错率等方面的测试,表现出通信准确无出错,通信周期处于毫米级。测试结果表明提出的设计方案可行有效,为在后续工作中将工业以太网EtherCAT在伺服系统中应用奠定了基础。
In order to realize the function of EtherCAT communication in industrial Ethernet on servo drive,a design scheme of EtherCAT slave station module is proposed,which uses AX58100 and STM32F407 as the hardware foundation,and combines the software of state machine and interrupt service.TwinCAT3 master station software is used to realize the communication test of I/O port.Through the test of accuracy,real-time,packet loss rate and error rate,it shows that the communication is accurate and error-free,and the communication cycle is in millimeter level.The results show that the proposed design scheme is feasible and effective,which lays a foundation for the application of industrial ethernet EtherCAT in servo system in the following work.
