摘要 目前轮胎成型机自动化程度越来越高,随着全新自动化技术的应用,系统的稳定性和可靠性成了大家关注的焦点。新成型机的设备选型偏向采用性能更稳定可靠的控制系统及零部件;旧成型机老化、零部件的更新换代等原因都促使设备维护人员去寻求一种更加高效可靠,灵活、开放的变频器控制方式。而将变频器由传统硬线控制、DeviceNet网络控制转换成工业以太网控制将是一种发展趋势,既降低项目成本又便于设备状态监控和日常维护。本文将重点讨论使用罗克韦尔可编程控制器通过EtherNet网络控制PowerFlex525变频器在轮胎成型机上的应用。 With the continuous improvement of the automation level of the tire building machine,the stability and reliability of the system has become the focus of the industry.In terms of equipment selection,the new building machine is more inclined to use stable and reliable control systems and components.At the same time,due to the aging of the old building machine and the replacement of parts,equipment maintenance personnel urgently need a more efficient,reliable,flexible and open inverter control mode.It has become a kind of trend to upgrade the inverter from traditional hard wire control and DeviceNet network control to industrial Ethernet control.This transformation not only reduces project costs,but also facilitates equipment status monitoring and daily maintenance.This article will focus on exploring the application of using Rockwell programmable controllers to control PowerFlex525 frequency converters on tire building machines through EtherNet/IP networks.
