摘要
制药综合实验是制药工程本科专业的核心课程。本文更新实验教学内容,优化了关于对乙酰氨基酚的制药综合性实验。实验内容包括对乙酰氨基酚的合成与精制,鉴别检查,片剂制备、溶出度测定和镇痛作用评价。该实验可以使学生掌握或熟悉一般化药的有机合成、精制、鉴定分析、制剂制备、药效评价、数据统计分析等重要技能,并熟悉药物研发流程。设计学科交叉的综合性实验,提高了学生综合实验技能和专业素养,并激发了学生的学习兴趣,对提高实验教学质量具有重要作用。
Pharmaceutical comprehensive experiment is a core course in the undergraduate program of pharmaceutical engineering.This article updates the experimental contents of course,which optimizes the pharmaceutical comprehensive experiment on acetaminophen.The experimental content includes the synthesis and purification of acetaminophen,identification and inspection,tablet preparation,dissolution determination,as well as analgesic effect evaluation.This experiment can enable students to master or become familiar with important skills such as organic synthesis,refining,identification and analysis,tablet preparation,efficacy evaluation,and data statistical analysis,as well as familiarize themselves with the general process of drug development.Designing interdisciplinary comprehensive experiments has improved students'comprehensive experimental skills and professional literacy,and stimulated their interest in learning,which is of great importance for improving experimental teaching.
