四唑虫酰胺拌种处理对大豆-玉米带状复合种植田甜菜夜蛾药效评价

Control efficacy of seed dressing treatment with tetraniliprole on Spodoptera exigua in soybean-corn strip intercropping fields

摘要 [目的]明确四唑虫酰胺拌种处理对苗期大豆-玉米带状复合种植田甜菜夜蛾的防治效果。[方法]采用20%四唑虫酰胺SC不同用量对大豆、玉米种子拌种,以20%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC为对照药剂,在室内和大田进行药效测定。[结果]2种药剂不同用量拌种处理后对大豆、玉米生长是安全的;分别用苗后20 d的大豆、玉米叶室内饲喂甜菜夜蛾96 h后,20%四唑虫酰胺SC 5、2.5 g/kg处理防治效果较优(>75%),其中5 g/kg种子处理玉米饲喂和大豆饲喂防治效果分别达85.76%、88.23%。苗后20 d大田试验结果表明:20%四唑虫酰胺SC 5、2.5 g/kg种子处理对玉米、大豆保苗率和虫口防效均为80%以上,其中20%四唑虫酰胺SC 5 g/kg处理防治效果最优,大豆上保苗率达91.90%,虫口防效达92.73%,玉米上保苗率达89.14%,虫口防效达89.26%,显著优于20%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC拌种处理。[结论]20%四唑虫酰胺SC 5、2.5 g/kg拌种处理能够达到防治大豆-玉米带状复合种植田甜菜夜蛾的目的。 [Aims]This study aims to clarify the control effect of seed treatment with tetraniliprole 20%SC on Spodoptera exigua in soybean-corn strip intercropping fields.[Methods]Soybean and corn seeds were treated with different dosages of tetraniliprole 20%SC,and chlorantraniliprole 20%SC was used as a chemical control.The efficacy was tested in the laboratory and in the field.[Results]The two insecticides at different dosages were safe for the growth of soybeans and corns after seed treatment.20 Days after seedling emergence,the leaves of soybeans and corns were used to feed S.exigua in laboratory for 96 h,and the treatment using tetraniliprole 20%SC at 5 and 2.5 g/kg had good control effect(more than 75%).The control effect of the seed treatment at 5 g/kg against S.exigua fed with corn and soybean was 85.76% and 88.23%,respectively.The results of field trial on day 20 post emergence showed that treatments of tetraniliprole 20%SC at 5 and 2.5 g/kg had seedling protection rate(for corn and soybean)and insect control efficacy of over 80%.The treatment of tetraniliprole 20%SC at 5 g/kg had the best control effect,with a seedling protection rate of 91.90% and a pest control efficacy of 92.73% on soybeans,and a seedling protection rate of 89.14% and a pest control efficacy of 89.26% on corn,which was significantly better than that of chlorantraniliprole 20%SC.[Conclusions]Tetraniliprole 20%SC used for seed treatment at 5 and 2.5 g/kg can achieve the purpose of controlling S.exigua in soybean-corn strip intercropping fields.
