摘要
[目的]通过优化塔里木油田塔中第三联合站硫磺尾气回收Cansolv工艺装置中文丘里组合塔的设计,解决文丘里组合塔中的文丘里段易腐蚀问题。[方法]分析冲蚀形态和腐蚀面分布,找出腐蚀原因,改进文丘里段冷却水喷嘴设计、优化进液结构,并在干湿界面处增设耐蚀衬里。[结果]通过实施优化的防腐措施,排放烟气中SO_(2)质量浓度降低至20~40 mg/m^(3),经连续12个月的月度定点壁厚检测发现,文丘里组合塔壁厚消减<0.1 cm。[结论]优化措施有效解决了干湿界面高温酸腐蚀和冲刷腐蚀的难题,取得了较好的实际成效,可为其他同类装置设计提供参考。
[Purposes]By optimizing the design of the Venturi combination tower in the Cansolv process unit,the problem corrosion susceptibility in the Venturi combination section was solved.[Methods]The erosion patterns and corrosion distribution on surfaces were analyzed to identify the causes of corrosion.Improvements were made to the cooling water nozzle design and the liquid-inlet structure of the Venturi combination section,and corrosion-resistant linings were added at the dry-wet interface.[Findings]Through the implementation of optimized anti-corrosion measures,the mass concentration of SO_(2) in the flue gas decreased by less than 0.1 cm during 12 consecutive months of monthly fixed-point wall thick-ness detection.[Conclusions]The optimized measures effectively solved the problems of high-temperature acid corrosion and erosion at the dry-wet interface,achieving good practical results and pro-viding a reference for other similar Cansolv process units.
