摘要
采用可再生胺法对1 200 kt/a硫铁矿渣铁球团烧结项目的烟气进行脱硫处理。介绍了可再生胺法的脱硫原理、工艺过程和实际运行情况。装置运行基本稳定,在进气ρ(SO_2)为7 000 mg/m^3的情况下,脱硫率达到98%,外排尾气ρ(SO_2)不超过146 mg/m^3,现场环境较为干净。只要烟气净化彻底,装置可长周期稳定运行。
The tail-gas from a 1 200 kt/a ferric ball sinter is treated by regenerable amine process. The desulphurization principle, process flow and actual operation are described. The plant runs smoothly at inlet SO2 con- centration of 7 000 mg/m3 , with SO2 emission less than 146 mg/m3 , corresponding to a removal efficiency of 98% , and clean site environment. The plant will be running smoothly for a long time, provided that it would get a fully cleaned gas feed.
