新工科背景下基于“科研—实践”融合的测控技术与仪器专业《信号与系统》课程的教学改革探索 被引量:1

摘要 新工科背景下测控技术与仪器专业面临课程内容滞后于技术发展的现实问题,且实践创新能力培养不足。本文提出一种基于“一平台一研究院”太赫兹协同创新体系的“科研—实践”融合教学模式。通过将太赫兹技术的前沿案例(例如太赫兹信号去噪算法、太赫兹成像系统设计)融入测控技术与仪器专业《信号与系统》课程教学内容中,重构“问题驱动+项目式”教学方法,首创“实验室+毕业设计”双轨指导模式,由校企双导师联合指导毕业设计。改革实施后学生的毕业率、授位率和就业率连续三年达到100%,就业岗位专业匹配度提升至92%。该模式为培养具有工程实践与科研创新能力的高素质人才提供了可推广的培养范式。 Under the background of new engineering disciplines,the major of measurement and control technology and instruments faces the practical problem of course content lagging behind technological development,and insufficient cultivation of practical innovation ability.This article proposes a"research practice"integrated teaching mode based on the"one platform,one research institute"terahertz collaborative innovation system.By integrating cutting-edge cases of terahertz technology,such as terahertz signal denoising algorithms and terahertz imaging system design,into the teaching content of the"Signal and System"course in the Measurement and Control Technology and Instrumentation major,the"problem driven+project-based"teaching method is reconstructed,and the"laboratory+graduation design"dual track guidance mode is pioneered,with joint guidance from school enterprise mentors for graduation design.After the implementation of the reform,the graduation rate,appointment rate,and employment rate of students have reached 100%for three consecutive years,and the professional matching degree of employment positions has increased to 92%.This model provides a scalable training paradigm for cultivating high-quality talents with engineering practice and scientific research innovation capabilities.
