对外法律汉语线上教学中任务型教学研究

摘要 在全球化浪潮迅猛推进的时代,国际间贸易合作的深度与广度不断拓展。外国留学生怀揣求知梦想、游客满怀探索热情、商人带着商业愿景,纷纷踏入中国。多元文化与不同利益诉求的交汇,既带来了活力,也潜藏着矛盾纠纷的风险。有效化解这些潜在问题,对促进中外友好交流意义重大。在此关键节点,对外法律汉语教育的作用日益凸显。通过挖掘其在对外法律汉语教学中的应用价值,剖析当前面临的现实困境,并积极探寻针对性强的有效解决措施,旨在为提升对外法律汉语教学质量,增进中外友好交流贡献智慧与方案。 In the era of the rapid advancement of globalization,the depth and breadth of international trade cooperation are constantly expanding.International students,driven by their pursuit of knowledge,tourists,filled with enthusiasm for exploration,and business people,motivated by their commercial aspirations,are all flocking to China.The convergence of diverse cultures and different interest demands not only brings vitality but also harbors the risks of conflicts and disputes.Effectively resolving these potential issues is of great significance for promoting friendly exchanges between China and foreign countries.At this critical juncture,the role of Chinese legal language education for international learners is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper focuses on the online teaching scenario and delves deep into the application of task-based teaching methods.This paper aims to enhance the quality of teaching Chinese for Foreign Legal Purposes and promote friendly exchanges between China and foreign countries by analyzing the current practical challenges and actively exploring effective solutions that are targeted and practical.
