摘要
为应对新时代的新任务与新挑战,各行各业高度重视队伍建设,将高质量在职培训视为人才培养的重要方式。近年来,人工智能(Artiffcial Intelligence,AI)技术不断突破,在教育领域成果丰硕。文章深入调研行业培训需求,综合分析当前职业院校在职培训的发展瓶颈,探究AI赋能在职教育培训模式的改革创新,旨在提升培训水平,为行业人才培养提供有力支撑。
To cope with the new tasks and challenges of the new era,various industries attach great importance to team building and regard high-quality on-the-job training as an important way of talent cultivation.In recent years,artificial intelligence(AI)technology has continuously broken through and achieved fruitful results in the field of education.The article conducts in-depth research on the training needs of the industry,comprehensively analyzes the current development bottlenecks of on-the-job training in vocational colleges and universities,and explores the reform and innovation of AI-enabled on-the-job education and training modes,aiming to improve the level of training and provide strong support for the cultivation of industry talents.
