摘要
本文介绍了一种电力载波式海洋石油平台海缆箱温湿度在线监控系统,海缆箱温湿度监测系统通过内置的温度传感器和湿度传感器实时监测海缆箱内部的温度和湿度,并将这些数据传递给电力载波单元,通过载波技术传输到监控后台。系统结构简单,安装方便,能够准确地监测海缆箱内的环境状况,提前发现海缆箱的密闭条件和内部工作环境异常,从而提前采取措施处理,避免因海缆箱产生的突发事故和经济损失,保障海底电缆安全平稳运行。
This article introduces an online monitoring system for temperature and humidity in submarine cable boxes on offshore oil platforms using power line carrier technology.The system monitors the internal temperature and humidity of the submarine cable boxes in real-time through built-in temperature and humidity sensors,and transmits these data to a power line carrier unit.The data is then sent to the monitoring backend through carrier technology.The system features a simple structure and easy installation,enabling accurate monitoring of the environmental conditions inside the submarine cable boxes.It can detect abnormalities in the sealing conditions and internal working environment of the cable boxes in advance,allowing for preemptive measures to be taken.This prevents sudden accidents and economic losses caused by the cable boxes,ensuring the safe and stable operation of submarine cables.
