海上平台防爆设备在线监测系统设计及应用

摘要 本文针对海上平台生产区域的潜在爆炸危险,设计并开发了一套防爆设备在线监测系统。该系统利用先进的传感技术和数据处理手段,实时监测和分析燃气压缩机区域防爆设备的关键参数,包括表面温度、电流、温湿度及振动等。通过红外热成像摄像头、电流传感器、温湿度传感器和温振传感器等多种传感器的协同工作,结合有线/无线网络和现场服务器,实现了关键防爆参数的实时监测与预警。系统安装于某海上平台中层甲板的燃气压缩机区域,并经应用验证,系统能够有效提高设备的安全性和可靠性,减少潜在的安全隐患,优化维护效率,增强决策支持。 In this paper,an online monitoring system for explosion-proof equipment is designed and developed for the potential explosion hazard in the production area of offshore platform.The system uses advanced sensing tech⁃nology and data processing methods to monitor and analyze the key parameters of the explosion-proof equipment in the gas compressor area in real time,including surface temperature,current,temperature and humidity,and vibra⁃tion.Through the cooperative work of infrared thermal imaging camera,current sensor,temperature and humidity sensor and temperature vibration sensor,combined with wired/wireless network and field server,the real-time mon⁃itoring and early warning of key explosion-proof parameters are realized.The system is installed in the gas compres⁃sor area of the middle deck of an offshore platform,and has been verified by application.The system can effectively improve the safety and reliability of the equipment,reduce potential safety hazards,optimize maintenance efficien⁃cy,and enhance decision support.
