摘要
新消费时代餐饮业已成为服务业的重要支柱。通过建立计量经济学模型,对影响上海市餐饮业消费的因素进行实证分析。文章首先介绍了选题背景、意义及现状;其次运用搜集的数据建立模型,并利用EViews软件对计量模型进行一系列检验;最后对时间序列进行了检验和修正,从而提出影响上海市餐饮业消费的主要因素。结果显示,上海市的地区生产总值、居民人均可支配收入、餐饮业就业人数、物价水平价格指数、财政商业服务业支出等,都是上海市餐饮业消费情况的显著影响因素。
In the new consumption era,the catering industry has become an important pillar of the service sector.This paper establishes an econometric model to empirically analyze the factors influencing consumption in Shanghai’s catering industry.It first introduces the background,significance,and current situation of the research topic.Then,it uses the collected data to establish a model,and uses the EViews software to perform a series of tests on the measurement model.Finally,it examines and corrects the time series data to identify the factors affecting consumption in the catering industry in Shanghai.
