摘要
基于2009—2021年中国178个地级市的城市面板数据,采用熵权法和耦合协调度模型衡量经济与生态协调发展度,使用多期DID模型对智慧城市试点政策与经济与生态协调发展度之间的作用机制进行实证分析。结果显示,智慧城市试点政策能够明显增强城市经济与生态协调发展度,且经过了平行趋势检验、安慰剂检验和稳健性检验等一系列检验;机制分析表明,提升绿色技术创新水平和改善能源结构可使得智慧城市促进城市经济与生态协调发展。研究结论为评估智慧城市试点的政策效应、城市发展模式选择提供有益参考。
Based on the urban panel data of 178 prefecture level cities in China from 2009 to 2021,the entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model are used to measure the degree of coordinated development between economy and ecology.The multi period DID model is used to empirically analyze the mechanism of the interaction between smart city pilot policies and the degree of coordinated development between economy and ecology.The results show that the pilot policies of smart cities can significantly enhance the coordinated development of urban economy and ecology,and have undergone a series of tests such as parallel trend test,placebo test,and robustness test;Mechanism analysis shows that increasing the level of green technology innovation and improving energy structure can promote the coordinated development of urban economy and ecology in smart cities.The research conclusion provides useful references for evaluating the policy effects of smart city pilot projects and selecting urban development models.
