镉胁迫下施硫对甜高粱幼苗生理生化特性的影响

Effects of Sulfur Application on Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Sweet Sorghum under Cadmium Stress

摘要 为了探究硫对镉胁迫下甜高粱幼苗抗镉性的影响,本研究以‘大力士甜高粱’为材料,采用水培方法,在镉(200μmol/L)胁迫下,于Hoagland营养液中加入不同浓度硫酸钠(0, 120, 240, 360, 480μmol/L)培养甜高粱幼苗,通过测量甜高粱幼苗的抗性指标和光合特性指标,研究了硫对镉胁迫下甜高粱幼苗生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:镉胁迫下,与未用硫处理相比,用硫处理甜高粱幼苗,能提高甜高粱幼苗的抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化物的含量,当外源硫浓度达到240~480μmol/L时,可以显著提高甜高粱幼苗体内SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性和As A和GSH的含量,幼苗体内MDA和H_(2)O_(2)含量显著降低;同时,显著提高了甜高粱叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(P_(n))、气孔导度(G_(s))、蒸腾速率(T_(r)),降低了胞间二氧化碳浓度(C_(i)),缓解了镉对甜高粱幼苗光合作用的抑制。研究结果表明适量外源硫可以有效提高甜高粱幼苗的抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化物的含量,缓解镉胁迫对甜高粱幼苗生长的抑制作用,并有助于其光合作用的恢复,研究结果可为利用镉污染土壤种植能源植物及其调控提供参考依据。 In order to explore the effect of sulfur on the cadmium resistance of sweet sorghum seedlings under cad-mium(200μmol/L)stress,this study took'Hercules sweet sorghum'as the material and used the hydroponic method to culture sweet sorghum seedlings by adding different concentrations of sodium sulfate(0,120,240,360,480μmol/L)into Hoagland nutrient solution under cadmium stress.By measuring the resistance index and photosynthetic characteristic index of sweet sorghum seedlings.The effects of sulfur on physiological and biochemical characteristics of sweet sorghum seedlings under cadmium stress were studied.The results showed that:Compared with no sulfur treatment,sulfur treatment of sweet sorghum seedlings could improve the antioxidant enzyme activity and antioxidant content of sweet sorghum seedlings under cadmium stress,when the concentration of exogenous sulfur reached 240~480μmol/L.The activities of SOD,POD,CAT,APX and the contents of AsA and GSH in sweet sorghum seedlings were significantly increased,while the contents of MDA and H_(2)O_(2) in seedlings were significantly reduced;at the same time,it significantly increased the chlorophyll content,P_(n),G_(s) and T_(r) of sweet sorghum leaves,reduced C_(i),and alleviated the inhibition of cadmium on photosynthesis of sweet sorghum seedlings.The results showed that an appropriate amount of exogenous sulfur could effectively improve the antioxidant enzyme activity and antioxidant content of sweet sorghum seedlings,alleviate the inhibitory effect of cadmium stress on the growth of sweet sorghum seedlings,and contribute to the recovery of photosynthesis.The results can provide a reference basis for planting energy plants in cadmium contaminated soil and its regulation.
