红掌二倍体和四倍体幼苗耐寒性差异评价 被引量:2

Evaluation of Differences in Cold Resistance Between Diploid and Tetraploid Anthurium andraeanum Seedlings

摘要 以“粉冠军”二倍体(“粉冠军”2n)、“粉冠军”四倍体(“粉冠军”4n)、“特伦萨”二倍体(“特伦萨”2n)和“特伦萨”四倍体(“特伦萨”4n)红掌幼苗为试材,置于6℃光照培养箱分别培养0、1、2、3、4、5 d后,测定叶片冷害指数,相对电导率(REC),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性以及可溶性蛋白质(SP)、可溶性糖(SS)、过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧阴离子(O_(2)·)产生速率,采用相关性分析、主成分分析与隶属函数综合分析法,研究了4个红掌品系在低温胁迫下的耐寒性,以期为红掌耐寒品系培育提供参考依据。结果表明:随着低温处理时间的延长,2个品系红掌2n的叶片冷害指数,REC,MDA、H_(2)O_(2)含量、O_(2)·产生速率持续升高且幅度明显高于其4n;而2个品系红掌2n的SP和SS含量及SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性总体上先升后降,升高和降低幅度明显低于其4n;平均隶属函数值发现,红掌耐寒能力为“特伦萨”4n>“粉冠军”4n>“特伦萨”2n>“粉冠军”2n,这与冷害指数结果一致。 ‘Pink Champion’2n,‘Pink Champion’4n,‘Turenza’2n and‘Turenza’4n were used as test materials,and were placed in a 6℃ light incubator for 0,1,2,3,4,and 5 days,respectively,to determine the leaf cold damage index,REC,SOD,and POD,CAT,APX activities as well as SP,SS,H_(2)O_(2),MDA content and O_(2)· production rate,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and subordinate function comprehensive analysis were used to study the cold resistance of four Anthurium andraeanum lines under low-temperature stress,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of cold-tolerant lines of Anthurium andraeanum.The results showed that with the prolongation of low-temperature treatment the leaf cold damage index,REC,MDA,H_(2)O_(2) content,and O_(2)· production rate continued to increase,and the magnitude of increase was significantly higher than that of‘Pink Champion’4n and‘Turenza’4n;whereas,the SP and SS contents and the activities of SOD,POD,CAT,and APX of‘Pink Champion’2n and‘Turenza’2n showed an overall trend of increasing and then decreasing,and the magnitude of increase and decrease was significantly lower than that of‘Pink Champion’4n and‘Turenza’4n;and the average value of the affiliation function values found that the Anthurium andraeanum lines with the cold tolerance were‘Turenza’4n>‘Pink Champion’4n>‘Turenza’2n>‘Pink Champion’2n,which is consistent with the results of the cold damage index.
